Hi, I'm Alyssa!

My Journey

My journey began at just four years old when I fell in love with horses—a passion that never left me. Despite not coming from an equestrian background, I spent every spare moment at the stables, driven by curiosity and determination. Over the years, I’ve worked across a variety of yards and disciplines, always seeking out opportunities to learn, grow, and understand horses on a deeper level.

I’ve been fortunate to train alongside respected professionals in the field and have developed a particular interest in supporting horses that require a more individualized approach—those who are reactive, recovering, or simply need a little extra time and care. My hands-on experience, combined with formal training, has shaped a practice that blends knowledge, intuition, and compassion.

A bit of a Personal Insight

When I am not out helping horses and their riders, I am often found in the countryside or the hills with by big lovable Labrador Moose, or at the yard with my own two 4-legged-furries - Scarlett (the most adorable little Shetland) and Takoda (my stunning rescue who has had a rough past but is learning what love and patience is again).

I love an adventure and will take any chance I get to explore new wonderful places and push myself out with my comfort zone!
